Before backpacks are packed and alarm clocks return, take time to soak up the beauty of one of nature's most spectacular seasons. Across the Windsor-Essex region, the final weeks of summer bring an incredible display of colour, wildlife and wonder. There are many seasonal highlights to be enjoyed at the region’s 18 public conservation areas: each offering unique opportunities to connect with nature before summer slips away.
ERCA is challenging people of all ages to download the WE Conservation Challenge checklist below before your next conservation area visit and see how many late-summer signs you can spot before summer ends.
Once you have completed all the items on your checklist, fill out your online ballot below for a chance to win a Seasonal Pass so that you and your family can enjoy adventures like this all year round!
