Keep exploring all that the region has to offer! For those renewing a seasonal pass and already have received the new white key card with the image printed on it, the renewal fee is $80. The gate card will be activated within 1-2 business days and the new sticker for your annual pass will be mailed to you.

Seasonal Pass Terms of Use
Thank you for your support of conservation with this purchase of an Essex Region Conservation Authority Seasonal Pass. By doing so, we would like to advise that you that you are agreeing to the following Terms of Use.
Please read them carefully.
Validity Location
Our Seasonal Pass is valid for day entry into Holiday Beach, John R. Park Homestead and Hillman Marsh. This includes regular special events but does not include or apply to Pre-registration events.
Validity Period
Your pass is valid for a minimum of one full year from the date of purchase, expiring on the last day of the month in which it was purchased. When you apply for a renewal, you will receive a sticker with your new expiry date on it. Please affix the sticker to the key card over the old one.
Entry
Passes are valid for one personal vehicle entry only, and includes entry for those travelling within a personal vehicle. Hillman Marsh and the John R. Park Homestead are open from dawn until dusk. Holiday Beach is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm annually from the last weekend in April to the last weekend in October. During the operating season, the Seasonal Pass at Holiday Beach will not work for entry to the park after 8:00 pm, but patrons in the park are welcome to stay until 9:00 pm. (Note: buses, tour groups, etc. require a bus permit. Seasonal passes are not valid for these uses.) When the park is closed for the season, patrons may park at the front gate and enter the park from this location.
Display
Please display your Seasonal Pass with the date decal facing up on the dash of your vehicle at Hillman Marsh and Holiday Beach for staff to see. For John R. Park Homestead events, the Seasonal Pass must be presented for entry. Visitors who do not have their Seasonal Pass in their possession (at the John R. Park Homestead) or displayed on their vehicle dash (at Hillman Marsh or Holiday Beach) are subject to the daily entrance fee.
Non Transferable
Seasonal passes will be rendered void if re-sold, loaned or transferred to another individual.
Lost passes
The Essex Region Conservation Authority is not responsible for lost passes. Please keep your pass in a safe place and we encourage you to retain your receipt for proof of purchase. If lost, please contact our main office to purchase a replacement pass.
Electronic Gate Key Card
I hereby acknowledge that I have received a Seasonal Pass in my name for access to Hillman Marsh, Holiday Beach and the John R. Park Homestead Conservation Areas as described in the Terms of Use. I understand that replacement Seasonal Passes will cost $15.00 for the duration of my seasonal pass registration. I agree that I am responsible for all uses of this Seasonal Pass and am responsible for notifying the Essex Region Conservation Authority (519-776-5209) of loss immediately upon discovery in order that its access will be cancelled.
