About the event
Join us for this special Halloween-themed experience. Learn about the Owls of southwestern Ontario, their adaptations, physiology and more. Then, enjoy a guided hike through the John R. Park Homestead Conservation Area, looking and listening for these majestic birds of prey.
Due to the nature of this event, it is best suited for guests ages 7 and up. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Attendees should remember to dress for the weather; and wear suitable footwear for an outdoor walk in the woods. Boots are recommended; flashlights are not necessary. If wearing costumes, remember: they must be family-friendly and contain no light up/glow elements, nor noise-making elements to ensure the success in attracting owls.
