Throwback Thursday - Fresh Biscuits and Butter at the John R. Park Homestead

Join us for this family-friendly hands-on experience where participants will learn the process of making butter from scratch. We will whip up some tasty buttermilk biscuits, too! The workshop will cover selecting ingredients, the churning process, as well as the techniques for shaping and flavouring butter. Learn about Early Settler methods as well as more modern techniques that you can try at home!
